Connect LeadLocator to thousands of apps using Zapier automation. When a lead is captured in LeadLocator, Zapier can automatically add the lead to your CRM, send a Slack notification, create a task in your project management tool, add to a mailing list, and much more.
Step 1: Create a Zap
- Log in to your Zapier account
- Click Create Zap
- Search for “Webhook by Zapier” as the trigger
Step 2: Configure the Webhook
- Select Catch Hook as the trigger event
- Copy the webhook URL provided by Zapier
- In LeadLocator, go to Integrations > Add Webhook
- Paste the Zapier webhook URL
Step 3: Test the Connection
- Capture a test lead on your website
- Return to Zapier and click Test Trigger
- Zapier should detect the lead data
Step 4: Add an Action Choose what happens when a lead is captured — e.g. Google Sheets (add row), HubSpot (create contact), Mailchimp (add subscriber), or Slack (send message).
