Automatically add new leads to a Google Spreadsheet for easy tracking and analysis.

Setup via Zapier

Step 1: Create the Spreadsheet

  1. Open Google Sheets and create a new spreadsheet
  2. Add column headers: Date, Location, Website, Page URL, Referrer

Step 2: Set Up Zapier

  1. Create a new Zap in Zapier
  2. Trigger: Webhook by Zapier > Catch Hook
  3. Action: Google Sheets > Create Spreadsheet Row

Step 3: Configure LeadLocator

  1. Copy the Zapier webhook URL
  2. Go to LeadLocator > Integrations and add the webhook URL

Step 4: Map the Fields In Zapier, map LeadLocator fields to your spreadsheet columns: location, pageUrl, referrer, createdAt.

Direct CSV Export Alternatively, go to Leads in LeadLocator, apply any filters, click Export CSV, and open the file directly in Google Sheets.
