Managing and exporting your captured leads

The Lead Section

The Leads page is where you view, filter, and export all captured visitor data.

Viewing Leads Each lead displays the location (based on your privacy settings), which website captured the lead, the page URL they were viewing, the referrer (how they found your site), and the date/time of visit.

Filtering Leads Use the filter options to narrow down your data by website, by date range (last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a custom range), or by location (search by postcode or city).

Exporting Data Click Export CSV to download your leads. The export includes all visible leads based on current filters, with complete lead information ready to import into CRM systems.

Lead Details Click on any lead to see full details including complete location data, browser and device information, session duration, and page path.

• Export leads regularly for backup
